We collect this information to respond to inquiries, connect prospective buyers with sellers, send community updates you have requested, maintain and secure our website, and comply with applicable law. We do not collect payment information (Resident Portal payments are processed externally by Rent Manager), precise geolocation, or biometric information through this website.

3. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Creekside Community does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months. Sharing your contact details with a homeowner at your request so they can respond to your “Send Message to Seller” inquiry is done to fulfill your request and is not a sale. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors under 16.

4. Your Rights
As a California resident you have the right to:

4.1 Right to Know — Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

4.2 Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (for example, residency and tenancy records required under lease agreements or the Mobilehome Residency Law).

4.3 Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
